Job Context
- SUS is a non-governmental organization working in the larger South-West region of Bangladesh. Candidates who are interested to work in Satkhira district are encouraged to apply for the position. SUS is looking for application to implement Sustainable Enterprise Project (SEP) funded by Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) Bangladesh. - Duration: 30 Months
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare the all transaction Voucher, (such as Debit Voucher, Credit Voucher and Journal Voucher).
- Prepare the all Register, (such as Salary Register, Cheque Register, Assets Register, Advance Register, Stock Register)
- Daily transactions include Cash Book & General Ledger.
- To make up weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, half yearly and yearly Financial Budget & Report.
- Prepare the reimbursement report.
- Prepare the accounts report of Statement of Receipts & Payments, Trail Balance, Income & Expenditure Statement, and Balance sheet, Bank Reconciliation Statement, Budget Variance Statement, Bank Statement and Cash Flow Statement.
- Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly Activity Report and Plan.
- Prepare the Audit Report, Field monitoring and Evaluation filed activity.
- Over Whole accounts section maintains.
- Prepare documents of company Tax and Vat.
- Handling salary & all kinds of employee’s payment by maintaining confidentiality

- MBA, MBS, M.Com (Accounting/Finance).
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 40 years
- Minimum 05 years of working experience in Project Accounting
- Willingness to work in the rural areas
- Extensive field visit
- Monitoring microenterprises and clusters
